os homens t\u00eam 10,7 anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"80\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O tempo dedicado \u00e0 chamada jornada de trabalho reprodutiva, ou seja, aquela que envolve as atividades dom\u00e9sticas e de cuidados com familiares, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 maior entre as mulheres. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No caso das pessoas empregadas, esse tempo foi de 17,8 horas semanais para mulheres e de 11 horas para homens em 2022. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Entre os desocupados \u2013 desempregados e pessoas em busca de emprego \u2013 a diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 ainda maior: as mulheres exercem 24,5 horas semanais de trabalho e os homens, 13,4 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"23\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para o presidente da CNI, Ricardo Alban, apesar da redu\u00e7\u00e3o das diferen\u00e7as entre g\u00eaneros da \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, \u00e9 preciso continuar avan\u00e7ando e r\u00e1pido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201c\u00c9 urgente ampliar o debate e implementar medidas concretas para chegarmos a um cen\u00e1rio de equidade plena no mercado de trabalho brasileiro\u201d, avalia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"23\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\">Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"1\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Em julho do ano passado, o governo federal sancionou uma lei que garante igualdade salarial entre homens e mulheres e estabelece medidas para tornar os sal\u00e1rios mais justos, aumentando a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o contra a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e facilitando os processos legais para garantir igualdade salarial.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"39\" data-block-id=\"11\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Com a nova lei, empresas com 100 ou mais funcion\u00e1rios devem fornecer relat\u00f3rios semestrais transparentes sobre sal\u00e1rios e crit\u00e9rios de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esses relat\u00f3rios devem conter informa\u00e7\u00f5es que permitam comparar sal\u00e1rios e remunera\u00e7\u00f5es entre homens e mulheres de forma objetiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"19\" data-block-id=\"12\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Caso haja alguma irregularidade, ser\u00e3o aplicadas puni\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas e os processos legais para corrigir a desigualdade devem ser facilitados.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"44\" data-block-id=\"13\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tamb\u00e9m foram institu\u00eddos canais para denunciar o descumprimento da igualdade salarial por parte de empresas e entidades em geral. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As pessoas podem encaminhar os casos por meio de um portal do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho ou pelo telefone: Disque 100, Disque 180 ou Disque 158.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fonte:<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c9poca Neg\u00f3cios &#8211;
